Very upset with the follow up in the office. Called 4 times over 2 days and was promised a return call from either Dr. Daly or assistant. I was in complete distress and needed to discuss my current issue with someone. Office never offered to fit me in, but stated they would have someone call me back. 3 days later still waiting!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
