Dr Hughes was recommended by my normal ophthalmologist 11years ago. What a lucky break for me! His skill level is the top of the best. And his patient care is a beacon of highest care for all. My own son is a orthopedic surgeon. I am proud of his ability to care for patients but Dr Hughes surpasses any standard we have ever experienced in our family. The office staff matches his level of commitment to serve people in a human caring gentle way. As soon as you enter his office you realize you are in the care of the best and you can relax and be confident that every thing possible will be done.Over the last years we have met Dr Hughes in several different situations as he continued to improve his skill and research in the Boston area.Although this case continues to be difficult he has kept working on it . I feel confident Dr Hughes is at the cutting edge and will work to stay there and that his high standard for care will continue.
