One of the most thorough eye exams Great guy very knowledgeable

I've been to him a few times in that past few years, and I just shrugged off his ways, however, this past visit was not right. My glasses had scratches on them when I got them. I told him, he refused to acknowledge that it was a problem that in his words, "oh, that is the same thing like scales on a fish." Something to that affect.

I still said, "yeah, but the scratches are right in front of where I look out to see things." He finally said he would fix it and put a new lense in.
What he did was keep my glasses long enough to get paid by the insurance company, then gave me back the exact same lense that had the scratches on it.

I am very upset with him for this. His weird attitude I could get over, but to just straight out lie to me. NO WAY! I will never go to him again. There is no excuse for him to be that way. He is supposed to be a professional, and he is supposed to give me what I needed. That was definately not brand new scratched glasses.
