They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
