I was constantly having appointments canceled and even at the last minute. One time i went there thinking I was having a procedure done and come to find out they scheduled me for the wrong thing an I got nothing done. The whole staff seems like they are cranky all the time and are never pleasant to deal with. I have waited in the waiting room for over an hour on multiple occasions. I finally got fed up and got a new dentist!

I have had multiple teeth removed by this doctor. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and courteous. He does have one staff member at the front desk that has a less than pleasant attitude but i'd take a great dentist and a bitchy receptionist over a bad dentist any day. The rest of the staff was nice. Appointments are easy to book, they get you in and out, they tell you right away what it will cost you and he did not try to sell unecessary services on me which he could have easily done. He was EXTREMELY careful in handling my fear of dentists (after having trusted several from childhood into adulthood, in error, I now am in a tough situation due to poor advice) and he worked hard to convince me he was trusthworthy and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back and i've recommended him to others.
