Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
