Dr. Ubderkoffler was kind. However his assistant / nurse was absolutely atrocious. She was so rude, and actually made contact with my eyes TWICE while using the keratometer on me. She was not apologetic about doing so either. I will never go back to this establishment despite the fact that the doctors seem grounded. Between the rude staff members in the Optical Center where they sell the glasses, and the nurse who examined me prior to the doctor, my experience here was overall terrible.
