I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. Staff was friendly. Dr. Anelons was kind and knowledgable. However, the way he runs his office lead to a less than satisfactory experience. I was consistently kept waiting, from 10 to 30 minutes, for my 15-20 minute appointments. He had several patients at a time & often I was set up with a treatment, i.e. e-stim, and a timer, then left alone. Once the timer went off, another staff member would come in to turn off the machine & I'd be left to wait again. On more than 1 occasion, the staff member didn't respond to the timer & I'd be stuck with the e-stim for longer than intended, which was uncomfortable. I had seen another chiropractor years ago & had much greater relief and satisfaction. Eventually I stopped going to Dr. Anelons. It's too bad because I think he has the tools and skills to be a good chiropractor; unfortunately he seems more interested in seeing as many patients as possible than in providing effective treatment & satisfactory experiences for his patients.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
