The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
