I was in extreme pain from a very bad ingrown toenail, and was able to get into a last minute appointment with Dr. Erskine. Two days later when he saw me, he was twenty minutes tardy to our half hour appointment. This would not have bothered me had he not then told me that he did not have the time to anesthetize my toe and remove the painful in grown toenail, but only had the time to cut back the nail without any anesthetic, causing me to literally yell in pain. He left after having only seen me for 5 minutes, telling me I would need to come back in a month when he had time. I was left in total pain, without any help or treatment, my foot felt worse. He is clearly looking to get additional follow up appts. I have worked with other podiatrists about my in grown toenails and I never was told to come back when so obviously in pain. If this is the wrong place to report this, can you tell me where I could? Thanks again.
