The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
