I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
