The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Remembering clients by name doesn't really apply, as I have had few visits and they haven't had much opportunity to get to know me. I had been putting off getting my hearing checked because I kept thinking I could get hearing aids by mail and that would be good enough. I was wrong. I felt she did a good job explaining everything, but there are no solutions that work as well I want. I keep thinking there must be something better, but maybe not. Sometimes I think the hearing aids just weren't worth all the money. At least they were covered by insurance, though.
