I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.They even knew us outside of the office and went out of their way to say hello and ask how the grandchildren where doing. I loved them. They took the best care of my dad, like he was one of their own family members. They always knew his name and mine. The best. Dr Hastings and Joy Rock!!!!
