They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.
