Today I was informed of Dr. Duke's passsing. I am so thankful to both he and his staff for the care I received. The compassion provided continues with me today. I am alive 20 years post my origional diagnosis of a stage 3/4 Brain tumor. He resected the tumor aided to my survival. Dr. Duke origionaly had told me I had an estimated 6-12 months to live. Thank you please to all his survivors of Dr. Brian Duke.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I remember Dr. Duke as a brilliant and compassionate man. He performed on me a brain cirgury (biopsy) from a brain tumor back on 2005. He was a brilliant man always very helpful and down to earth. I was only 25 yrs when I new him and saved my life. I would have trusted him with my life again. RIP Dr. Duke.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did this provider rush your appointment?
Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
