I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr Kline performed surgery on my son to remove nerve sheath tumors from my his median & sciatic nerves. He did a brilliant job & my son experienced no nerve damage in the process. Additionally, Dr Kline (& all the staff) were caring & considerate, as well as professional & straightforward.

If you have a peripheral nerve sheath tumor, you absolutely cannot do better than Dr. Kline. We live in Houston, med center capital of the country, & would have travelled anywhere to see the best surgeon. We researched it heavily & determined Dr Kline was the man. He was.
