Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.Most important, Dr. Grosskopf was extremely knowledgeable about how to approach my torn meniscus. He explained exactly what he did in surgery and how it related to my pain. He never rushed me and made sure I understood what was needed for rehabilitation and what was normal.I was not just a number - he made me feel that he had an investment in my cure, understood my pain and the impact on my life, and was available to me at all times for emergencies. I would recommend him without hesitation.
