I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
