I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited.

I have been a patient of Dr Aksu's since 11/04/04, and the care he and his staff gives are, to me, priceless. When I call, I either talk to Julie or Becky. I like to use the same contacts everywhere I go, my auto garage, and so on. This way they know What is going on with me and I do not have to tell some 20 minute story about what the problem is.

They return calls in a timely fashion. Dr Aksu himself, is in high demand, so the earliest you can get an appt, is prob. 4-5 weeks, but I feel he's well worth the wait. Before my first surgery, almost everyone I came into contact with in the hospital had nothing but positive and nice things to say about this man.

The lady that took my blood said she was going to have him check out this ache she had, the nurse that would be taking care of me for the first 6 hours after surgery said he's very good, your in good hands, and so on. By the time I got to the surgical holding room, I was no longer nervous. Their comments put my mind at ease.

I have reccomended Dr. Aksu to every friend and family member that has needed to see an Orthopedic Surgeon, currently, my mother, boyfriend, and family friend are also patients of his.
