Dr Pecha apparently has the best reputation as a GI doc among the doctors in the community.

The doctor called me back himself, then made me comfortable by getting to know me better. I have a complicated kind of Crohns but he clearly is well versed in the latest and new treatments. I have been to many doctors offices over the years and they still do it the "old fashioned way" with regular follow ups after every procedure. The staff was great too, especially Coreen who helped me get all my old records and nurse Kim who is helping me with my meds. I would recommend Dr Pecha to anyone.
