I will absolutely return. Dr. Cuellar made my life very easy by being the only gastroenterologist in my area who would see me within a couple of days and caring for me much better than any other doctor I have seen in the last few years when it seems medical care has deteriorated. He was prompt, extremely kind. My past medical records were very extensive and ailments chronic; he followed me up frequently and thoroughly while updating some blood tests and added other ones he needed to have to care for me better.
Dr. Cuellar is very friendly and welcoming, but also very frank, I was eating too much at the wrong times and refused to admitted; however, he took his time and gave me space until I figured out it was true. I changed the way I ate, did some exercise along with taking some medications I needed and I feel much better.
Dr. Cuellar also has a sense of humor, too! .....I'm sure that if you allow him to care for you will appreciate him!

Any of you that actually have a procedure done by this docter will change your reviews. Rafael is extremely caring in the office, which is deceiving. He likes to tell everyone it's in their mind and that's not true. I got a procedure done and he was extremely rude, uninformative and distant. He didn't seem like he cared at all which really made my spouse angry as I layed there in pain. I will never go back to him again and hope that no one ever has a procedure done by him again. He wasn't gentle at all during the procedure. I dare anyone to say this is wrong because my next reply will be in detail and have proof that I am right about this docter. I'm actually reporting him to the medical board of California today due to some things that have happened to me because of this surgery and the way I was treated afterwards.
