I had an appointment with Dr Rowen at 3:15pm today. I last saw him in his Pleasanton office, therefore I assumed that the appointment was in that office. No one told me that it was at his other office in Livermore. I reached his office at 3:06pm. The girl at the front desk asks me to wait and calls someone. That someone states that they need to reschedule. It had already taken me 4 weeks to get on his calendar. I was upset and left for Livermore hoping he would see me there as I need attention to my stomach ailment immediately. I was again stonewalled in the Livermore office. "We dont want to jeopardize other patients" by having the Doctor look at you was the response I got. What about this patient standing right in front of her? The office staff are arrogant and think that they are clerks at a movie theater. Why would anyone want to see a doctor if he is well? The lady also tells me that Dr Rowen is retiring and pushes me to see a non MD resource that they have in the office. I will definitely not go back to this Doctor.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
