They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
