horrible service! very rude staff. felt belittled. Fagan didn't talk to me much nor answered all my question. can't believe how rude the staff is over there. very unprofessional. never went to an office that just wanted your money and on top of that was rude about it. never go here again.


Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The doctor answered none of my questions, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
