They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I saw Dr. Tracer and right away he suspected what it could be. Then I went in for a procedure and he told me that I had an infection and a mild hernia. I asked him question and he took the time to answere me about my concerns. He also was very helpful and saying that if i had any issues with my insurance and medication to tell the pharmacy to call him. after a couple of days I called him to let him know that i was having pain and his office people gave him the message and he called me right away..... i want to thank dr. tracer and his staff for been so nice and helpful and concern.i have never met someone like him before....
