They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One thing I noticed about their office was how friendly and patient they were even with their computer and phone going crazy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. My son has been with Dr Robin Smith for 13 years. We drive 45 minutes to see him. I would follow him to the end of the earth. I've felt like a number at some other places I've visited! Dr Smith will always take the time for your child. He will always work with you for the best plan for your child. Dr Smith is by far one of the best I've ever seen in his field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm already worried about my son turning 21. I'll never find a doctor like him.
