I almost always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they address my concerns and do what they can to help, without compromising practice standards. One cannot expect a physician to take a "customer is always right" policy, because that is simply not the case. However, they do try to work with me and do not insist on treatments or procedures I could do without.

As is common these days, the phone system tells people with emergencies to call 911. However, if you have an urgent but not emergency need, they get back to you quickly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The office was easy enough to find.
