Dr. Fuenning is thorough and caring. He explained everything clearly. He was recommended to me by a nurse at Akron City Hospital who opined that he was the best pulmonoligist in this area. I have had no need to visit this doctor over the past three years so when I called for an appointment (Feb. 2012) the staff member clearly expressed annoyance over her need to search the archives for my file. She appeared to be resentful, as if my appointment request were an inexcusable imposition. Other staff have never been rude.
