Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated that they didn't leave me unattended during my appointment. They were very attentive the entire time. When I went to the Emergency Room, the attending Dr. was about to send me home, but Dr. Lipsett was there, and he admitted me. After a three day stay, I recovered, and I feel that Dr. Lipsett saved my life.
