They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
