I scheduled an appointment with my wife to see Dr. Jeevan after her PCP recommended that she see a pulmonologist related to persistent bronchitis. He was the first one I found that wasn't scheduling several months out, and I now know why.

I won't even discuss the office here (which opened at 8:36 for our 8:40 appointment and then was surprised to see us waiting there). Dr. Jeevan himself spent quite a long time with us. However, I can only surmise that this is because he likes to hear himself talk. That's all that happened in the appointment. When either my wife or myself tried to ask a question or correct things that he had wrong, he did not want to hear it. We came with a chest CT in-hand. He read the report, but did not share anything about it with us. He was very condescending, answered no questions, and even went so far as to say that it shouldn't matter to us why my wife had the symptoms she had.

We came in because of persistent bronchitis, but all he wanted to discuss was chronic cough and post-nasal drip.

I was able to pull some strings and secure an appointment with a different pulmonologist in a different practice the same afternoon who listened to my wife, examined her properly, and gave us a solid diagnosis and treatment plan.

Lest anyone think that our complaints are without merit or that we're exaggerating, I am an attorney and my wife is a nurse! We know what we're talking about when we say that Dr. Jeevan's competency is questionable at best.
