I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Whenever I call them, they always get back to me within the same day. I've never had to wait long to get my question answered.
