Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered.. They were friendly and made me feel at home. My overall experience with Dr. Tashjian was amazing. I would definetly recommend his services to anyone looking into weight lose surgery.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Yes, I was in agony!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
