Been 17 years since this surgeon disabled my son as a result of surgery to stop a bleeding ulcer. please heed this warning - my son - now 37, has been on IV feedings and 24 hour pain medications since the surgery. Check with the medical board regarding malpractice suit - it wasn't from us but someone actually discovered his surgical errors in "time" to file - and they won. I PRAY YOU SEEK SURGICAL SOLUTION ELSEWHERE - DR. SMITH IS DANGEROUS - AND MY SON'S SURGERY WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY - we just didn't find out the facts until 6 years post surgery.
