This doctor is not very pleasant to deal with. I witnessed him being short with an elderly patient while giving instructions. He was rude to me even after I had to wait over 1.5 hours to be seen. Dr. Carvalho was also rudely sarcastic. I don't know why he behaved this way, but I won't return to find out if he will act like that again. Worst doctor's experience... ever! I do not recommend.
