I wish I had better things to say about my experience, considering overall service is quite friendly, and they really make you feel comfortable at first. That is, until you have a complaint or concern, in which case not just one, but many, of the oral surgeons don't seem to take you seriously. In fact, they act understanding but barely let the patient complete his/her sentence when expressing post-procedure concerns. It takes about a month until they see something wrong, and even concerns after that are somewhat brushed aside. After finally being too fed up to revisit the oral surgeon's office for the literally the tenth time due to pain, I had decided to go to two different doctors each of whom has helped me more than all the oral surgeons I had gone to combined. Keeping in mind these doctors technically should not be as qualified in this area as the oral surgeons. I don't blame them for the things that went wrong after the procedure. These oral surgeons know how to treat common conditions. I do, however, blame those that I consulted for their slightly brash attitudes which have served as major obstacles to the healing process. If you are looking for oral surgeons to do their job, then come here. But if you are looking for caring oral surgeons with a high level of expertise in their field as well as understanding, patience, determination, and compassion towards the patient--and dependability should things go slightly wrong-- then I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
