This "oral BUTCHER" said give me 10 minutes and a couple stiches and he would remove a lump from my face. He NEVER x-rayed NOR performed a biopsy. He had no idea what the lump was and proceeded to cut the lump out with just novacaine. It took OVER AN HOUR and then he had no idea what the hell he had just removed. He sent the "tumor" to pathology and then told me 2 weeks later it was benign. I had nothing to worry about. Then he calls me back in a week later to "check my stitches" and proceeds to tell me I have CANCER and I need to see a doctor TODAY OR TOMORROW! I asked if he could refer me and he said he didn't know anyone. WTF? He is a professional and doesn't know any other speciality doctors???? This man jeopardized my life and lied about the findings. I asked for my reports and he refused until I said I would start to yell until his other patients heard me. All reports stated I had cancer!! Yet this moron told me I was benign? When UPMC tried to reach me since they had also down a second opinion, Dr. Butcher said I had "broke care and he didn't know where I was." I live on the same street as his office and he can't find me???? He also said I was rude and obnonxious and "no other doctors would see me." I was lucky I lived through his butcher surgery and had to go through a second surgery at Mt. Nittany to make sure Dr. Butcher had got all the cancer cells. I have been through radiation and chemo and yet I was told my tumor was benign by this ass. There are plenty of other oral surgeons who have ethics than this lying "almost cost me my life" butcher!

I would like to thank Dr Arlick for getting me in so quickly to remove a throbbing tooth. He was very polite, informative and caring with every step he took on removing my tooth. It was also very wonderful and unexpected for him to care enough to make a phone call to me later that evening to find out how I was doing. Thank you so much Dr Arlick, I feel wonderful, and only had to take 2 pain pills. :)
