I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I did experience some pain but it was Botox and it wasn't too bad. They definitely care about patient comfort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members.
