I took my child to Dr. Williams because she was complaining that signs on the road and things in the distance were blurry. I told the tech and Dr. Williams that she was having problems with distance vision. The tech checked her for distance on the letter chart. I do not believe Dr. Williams ever checked her for distance reading. Dr. Williams did check her dilated eyes, however, and said she does not need glasses. Dr. Williams spent a total of 5 minutes with my daughter. A few weeks later my daughter started school, sat 4 chairs back from the board, and could not read her assignments on the board. I had her re-checked somewhere else, and she did indeed need glasses. I called Dr. Williams office and they said I should have brought her back to be re-checked by Dr. Williams. They said they were sorry, but that was all they had to offer. Will never return to this 'doctor'!!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They went out of their way to make sure I needed what I had to have for the IEP at my son's school.
