Dr. Jordan was very thorough in explaining the procedures I would be having as well as expectations for recovery. The surgery staff were extremely caring and efficient as well as very attentive and informative.

The availability of the shuttle was a huge help. All three drivers, Irwin, Ray and Mark were not only punctual, but very courteous and helpful. Having the shuttle to rely on removed all the stress of trying to arrange transportation.
