This place is the worst, I went there for a last-minute appointment and it was the closest to my house on a stormy day. I had never been to a doctor's office as dirty and ugly as this one, starting from the carpet, chairs, wall, paintings, everything. I am from a third world country and not even there I had seen an office this unpleasant. Dr. Anderson did not attend to me, someone else did it that works on Mondays and Wednesdays as I understood, She gave me a prescription for lenses that I did not request since I had an eye infection I do not think it was the best time to do it, she was kind but very confused at the time of medicating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and doctors/owners please have a little respect for your patients and do something to that place.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
