I have been going to Dr El-Mansoury for several years now. She takes the time and made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I need answered. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find and ample parking is readily available behind the office

One of the members of her staff was inept and out of touch and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She talked to me as if I were in kindergarten - not in a good way, to make things clear, but in a way that made me feel she was doing this for the first time. She ended up doing one of my tests incorrectly so that I had to return to the office to have it repeated. I later learned this person was the girlfriend of the senior partner or one of the other doctors in the office. When I had my procedure (bleph - upper eyelid reduction), the first thing Dr ElMansoury said to me after I came out of anesthesia was, "Make sure you refer plenty of people to me." Then she told me that she left a little extra skin so there would be enough so I could have an eyebrow lift later on. One of the good things about her was was available after the procedure whenever I had questions. But several months after the procedure I had what seemed to be a stye in one of the eyes. I went to another eye doctor and found out it was inflamed due to an infection at the site of the surgery. I needed to take prescription meds to heal it. Overall my experience was that this doctor is too much of a salesperson, and even though some aspects of her care were good, I would not return.
