I met Dr. Braun after a visit to the Putnam Hospital ER for an unknown eye ailment. Despite the fact that I had four appointments with him, my primary care doctor consulted with him and I reported my symptoms, he treated me for months for what he said was a minor eye ailment and dry eye. Later, after having another episode with the eye on a business trip, I went to a local doctor and followed up with another when I returned home. Found out from both doctors that I have Uveitis! This more serious ailment had gone untreated for months while I was seeing Dr. Braun. Very upset and disappointed. Will never return.

i had cataract surgery by Dr Braun over 2 years ago-a very positive experience -I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. What can I say, they were warm, welcoming, and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They definitely put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
