They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I had been going to Dr. Gordon with my family for years. He was always extremely patient with all of us. My husband was a terrible patient and required quite a bit of the Doctors time, coupled with three children to see it sometimes took the better part of the day. This never seemed to bother Dr. Gordon. My husband an avid diver complained about his corrective goggles and with no pressure at all, Dr. Gordon mentioned the LASIK surgery. We were very concerned about my husbands phobia
With anyone getting close to his eyes. Dr. Gordon offered to come in on a weekend and have him as a sole patient for the day. That was enough for us, we went in and it was over almost before it started. He left the office and I think when we got home he said he thought he was already seeing better. After a week his vision was better than 20/20 . The only problem in the beginning was he kept looking for his glasses that he wore since he was 3. 5 years later our older son had the surgery and is just as pleased. Our two other children are now waiting to have it done. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The home town feeling and professional staff just could not be better.
