As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
