This review is more in response to level of professionalism demonstrated by his staff. Not to bore you with all of the details, his staff seems to be very inexperienced at what they do. From my initial phone call the receptionist had trouble making an appointment. The day of my visit the had me list on the old system, not on the calendar for that day. They issued my request for my procedure earlier than requested which resulted in my authorization expiring too soon. Then when I called to request a new authorization for my procedure, the person in charge of it was no longer there and it fell thru the cracks. Then once they finally got every approved and the procedure was scheduled, they called 2 days before mu procedure to tell me they had to reschedule it because they didn't have the correct paperwork. Did i mention the procedure was schedule more than 2 months before they called to reschedule. He may or may not be good at what he does, but his staff is most certainly not good at what they do. His staff is a reflection of him and his acceptable level professionalism, so I will never be a patient of his or this group.
