Dr. Hall is a horror. She was an HOUR late for the appt with no apology or explanation. When I said I would need to reschedule for the pelvic exam she BERATED me!! She yelled at me for not allowing more time and then told me of another patient's issues and suggest I tell that patient that I was more important. All I said was I didn't have enough time now for an exam (work/sitter). She said she would write in my chart I refused. During the exam I was in TEARS, which she ignored and then - when people knocked on the door she told them to come in - twice - exposing my bare bottom to all in the hallway!! I was humiliated!!

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. After I got into the appointment room, they didn't come in for an extremely long time. I waited alone in there forever. I went in to the appointment with so many questions, and they weren't able to answer any of them. They had no idea what they were doing. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
