A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They've only answered a question of mine over the phone once or twice. Most of the time they make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They had very convenient availability.
