They were one of the best rheumatologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed with their level of knowledge and skill. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was shocked by how much they knew about the latest medical advancements and treatment options. It was obvious that they put a lot of effort into continuing their education. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down.

Dr. Ross was the biggest waste of time and money for me and I do not recommend him to anyone. He may be knowledgeable in his field--although his questionnaire and pamphlets/articles all sound like they're from the late 80's--but he refused to take into consideration any recommendations or concerns I had for treatment, and because of his neglect my condition got much worse after seeing him. He was condescending when he answered my questions, as if I shouldn't be asking them. He may be thorough when it comes to testing you for EVERYTHING, but his lack of compassion and understanding for the patient makes him an extremely frustrating doctor to work with.
